2. Subscription and payments
2.1 Free tier
Salaryon offers a free tier with limited functionality, including up to 2 calculations per 30-day period.
2.2 Premium subscription
Premium subscriptions provide access to additional features, including unlimited calculations, advanced analytics, and export options. Subscription fees are charged in advance on either a monthly or annual basis.
2.3 Payment
By subscribing to Salaryon Premium, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis. If your payment cannot be completed, we may suspend or terminate your premium access.
2.4 Cancellation
You can cancel your premium subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have premium access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds or credits will be provided for partial subscription periods unless required by law.
3. Intellectual property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Salaryon and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works or adaptations of, publicly display or in any way exploit the Service in whole or in part, except as expressly authorised by us.
4. User content
Our Service allows you to input, store, and process personal financial information. You retain all rights to your data, and we will only use it as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide. We do not verify or validate any financial calculations or inputs.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service:

- To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Salaryon, a Salaryon employee, another user, or any other person or entity

- To use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access the Service for any purpose

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Salaryon makes no warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the operation of the Service or the information, content, or materials included therein.
We do not guarantee that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- Errors in the Service will be corrected
- Calculations or financial advice provided by the Service are accurate, reliable, or suitable for your specific circumstances

The Salaryon application provides tools and information for educational and informational purposes only. It is not intended to provide financial advice, tax advice, or investment recommendations. Always consult with a qualified professional before making any financial decisions.
Tax regulations and financial laws vary by jurisdiction and can change over time. We strive to keep our calculations current, but we cannot guarantee full accuracy in all circumstances.
8. Limitation of liability
In no event shall Salaryon, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
- Unauthorised access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
- Financial decisions made based on information or calculations provided by the Service
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or delete your account through the application settings.
